GRRC Spring 2010 Meeting
Established with a few initial projects in 2007, the University of Michigans Ground Robotics Reliability Center (GRRC) was launched with a kickoff event on Monday August 11, 2008. The GRRC conducts research in autonomous ground vehicles and mobile robots. Our vision is to help establish Southeastern Michigan as center of activity for these emerging new technologies through supporting programs in research and education. The GRRC research projects are primarily sponsored by the US Armys Tank-Automotive Research Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC). The University of Michigan leads the GRRC, which also includes partners from other academic institutions as well as industry.
